Human Rights

 Both women are from France and both are literate. The bald woman is a non-Muslim while the hijab is Muslim. Bald raped her in appearance. 

France called it personal freedom, while she taught freely in a school to children. 

The hijab-wearing woman's name is Maryam. She is a student union representative. She was criticized for wearing the hijab. She was fined. France did not consider her wearing the hijab as personal freedom.
